photo like sumbum that shows the culture around this model on. but a bit more emphasis on the board. maybe it on the beach with friends chatting around it.

but important is it should feel goofy and raw. not posed and created or we lose all the credibility.

Disco Dancer

How it feels

Catching waves early.
Flying before the wave even stands up.

The Disco Dancer glides effortlessly down the line, carries speed forever, and somehow makes soft waves feel alive.

It has that smooth, flowing midlength feeling — but with way more freedom under your feet.

Fast. Easy. Loose.
The kind of board that keeps average surf ridiculously fun.

clip of cruising down a glassy wave without the wave breaking

Why it works

The Disco Dancer carries a generous amount of foam throughout the board, making paddling effortless and getting into waves ridiculously easy.

Its longer rail line keeps it fast and flowing, while the fish-inspired outline adds freedom so it never feels stiff or stuck in one line.

Everything about it is designed to keep speed effortlessly and make surfing feel smooth, loose, and fun.

The Macnut. Oh man — the Macnut. This one’s straight from the heart. It’s for anyone who loved the early-2010s classic Hypro Krypto — imagine that board blended with the chunky, easygoing egg shapes we spent whole summers messing around on.

The Macnut was made for one thing: carving.
Think skating a bowl.
Think rolling a snowboard on rail.
Think pumping around on a carver skateboard.

It’s fluid. Electric on rails.

And the best part? It doesn’t hold back on foam under the chest. That means easy paddling, effortless speed, and crazy acceleration once you set your line. The Macnut is ridiculously fun — and once you ride it, you’ll understand why we can’t stop smiling.

They are generally ridden with an upright fin and are sized very similar in volume to your fish.

For reference, I’m 6’2, 200 pounds, and ride a 5’6.

The Idea

The Disco Dancer came from wanting a midlength that still felt alive.

Something that could glide into waves with almost no effort, cruise effortlessly down the line, and still feel playful once you’re on your feet.

A lot of midlengths can feel serious and one-dimensional. The Disco Dancer keeps the easy paddling and smooth trim people love, but adds a much looser, more playful approach to surfing.

Especially for surfers coming off longboards, it opens the door into tighter turns, more speed, and a more reactive feeling — without giving up the effortless wave-catching that makes longer boards so fun.

• want more cruise → size longer
• Want to turn more → size shorter

There is no wrong size here

Generous concave blending into a double through the fins.

Creates instant speed and keeps the board feeling loose and reactive.

Picks up speed instantly.

Draws clean, fast lines.

Loose without loosing control.

Deck

Flat under the chest to pack in an insane amount of foam.

Chimed toward the rails to keep the edge refined and sensitive.

Blended out under the back foot for extremely responsive turns.

Fins

Pair it with upright twins to get the most out of the board.
Lets you toss the board all around the wave face.

Final CTA (you’re still missing this)

  • Golden hour surf shot

  • Or empty lineup at sunset

With simple line:

“Makes weak waves feel way more fun than they should.”

Very low, relaxed rocker built for crazy speed, with just enough flip in the tail to whip it around the wave face when you want to get loose.
